Men's Ministry

Our Men's Ministry at New Union Baptist Church attempts to enhance the spiritual growth of our men through Bible study, prayer and fellowship. This ministry is led by a planning team of men that meet monthly to pray and plan events, mission opportunities, Bible studies, and outings. Through these activities we hope to build male leadership that will be an example to the young men of our church and to reach men in our community.

Some of the activities we have sponsored are a bi-monthly Saturday morning fellowship breakfast, a fall Men's Bible Study, a church-wide daily Bible study emphasis, and several outings to college basketball, baseball, and football games. We have, also sponsored men and boys fishing tournaments and skeet shooting.

Our Men's Ministry has sponsored several local mission projects for our senior citizens and other special needs.

The goal of our Men's Ministry is to equip men spiritually to be able to serve God, lead their families and help others.
