Senior Adult's Ministry

We have an active Senior Adult group at New Union. They meet monthly for a fellowship meal and to plan “road trips”. Recently, they traveled to Muddy Pond, near Crossville, to visit the Amish community and made a day trip to Dillsboro, NC for a fall color cruise. They are always looking for new ideas of things to do and places to see. During the Christmas season, they meet to fill the treat bags for the Children’s Christmas Program. Each year they are honored with a special Senior Adult Day during the morning worship service. We also have a special place for our Seniors to sit for our 2nd Sunday Fellowship Meals. Our Seniors are good Christian examples for our children and younger adults. If you are a senior, come and join our group.
